This Blue stage (3-4 yrs old) Red 1 (4-5 yrs old) teaches the fundamentals skills that guide in the development of movement with balance, throwing both underarm and overarm, catching various sized balls, and learning to strike stationary and moving targets.
This is a great introduction to tennis, along with many of the fundamental skills for other sports and activities in early childhood.
Using RED low 25% compression balls and specifically designed junior equipment.

This Red stage (5-7 yrs old) continues to develop the gross motor skills of movement with balance, catching and throwing, but is focused towards stroke production and development of the ground strokes (forehand and backhand), serving and net play.
This will develop players for life long love of the game. Players will be able to serve, rally with each other, play out the point and keep score.

This Orange stage (8-11yrs old) focuses to develop players stroke production and development of all tennis shots, while continuing to add consistency and accuracy with drill based games. They are also introduced to tactical side of the game, and learning the outcomes of shots used within a match.
Players become competent in rally from all areas of the court while constructing tactically sound plays.
Using Orange low 50% compression balls and specifically designed equipment.
A 60 minute lesson, with 4 or 5 students in the group.

This Green stage (10+ yrs old) and Yellow Stage (12+ yrs old) focus to hit both technically and tactically effective shots from all areas of the court. Serve will be both consistent and accurate to conduct tactical point construction, working on both singles and doubles play. Footwork and fitness incorporated into the weekly lessons.
At this stage players can be involved in Tournament play practicing their game against other players.
Using green low 75% compression balls/Standard compression balls.

This is the fastest and most effective way to learn as a beginner and develop the perfect technique in a 1 on 1 learning environment with the coach. Or the best way to evolve and transform your game to the next level as an accomplished player. The coach will focus on analysis and correction to improve any weaker areas, while improving and developing strengths to their full potential.
Effective for both juniors and adults players to really develop and transform your tennis game.
Available using appropriate equipment for the correct stage of the player.
A 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute private lesson options.

Available for both beginners or intermediate level players who have played before, these lessons are a great way to learn to play or improve in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Beginners will learn ground strokes, serve and net play in a dynamic and systematic approach. While intermediate players will continue with correction and analysis, competitive drills and tactical plays of singles and doubles.
Enjoyable lessons structures, game and point play drills while improving your tennis and fitness levels.

These sessions are open to all abilities and fitness levels, regardless as to whether you have played tennis before. High energy fitness workouts based around the principles of getting fit, having fun and playing tennis. Exercising to music while using low compression balls to extend rallies, use an array of fitness equipment, including agility ladders, step boxes and more all add to theintense workout of Cardio Tennis.
Utilising heart rate monitors, step counters and calories burnt to evaluate your fitness and success in the session.
A 60 minute session, with 6-8 students per session.
